DescriptionAccounting ClerkDescriptionWe are looking to hire an Accounting Clerk for a well-respected real estate organization. The Accounting Clerk will chiefly be responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry, and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This energetic work environment offers you a great work space/office, excellent benefits, and training. This position is available in the San Fernando Valley area.Requirements 2-4 years of experience Bachelors Degree Strong communication skills Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projectsPreferred Skills Proficiency in MS Office. Particularly strong Excel skills (i01ntermediate to advanced). Must be extremely detail oriented, accurate data entry, highly organized, with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
