Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly/quarterly property financial statements and reports
for a portfolio of 4 to 6 properties
Oversee internal and external audits, bank reconciliations, and the
Accounts Payable process
Assist in annual budget preparation and year-end reconciliation
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred; real
estate experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Access and real estate
software (MRI, Yardi) is desirable
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Client-focused with a dedication to meeting client expectations and
building relationships
