Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance (Mat Leave
Coverage).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting,
financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
management
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high
performance and professional growth
Prepare and present monthly consolidated financial reports for the
Executive Team and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance
experience, with at least five years at the Director level or
equivalent
CPA (or equivalent) designation is required
Strong FP&A skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate
with operations
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance requirements
Experience with international finance operations (U.S. and Canada)
is an asset
