We are currently searching for a Copywriting and Content Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and help develop and implement our online content strategy.

As our company has almost doubled in size over the past year, we are looking to bring on board a content superhero who would take the lead on our social media strategy, help create social media content, write articles for our blog and content for our newsletters, as well as handle copywriting. While knowledge of the industry would be appreciated, you will also get the chance to learn everything you need on the job. You'll be joining a small team that has a lot of impact on everything we do here at Revolution.

Revolution Entertainment Services is an entertainment payroll provider also offering a revolutionary software suite, ProTools, to make onboarding, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, compliance and more, easier for production teams and accountants.

Early 2022 will be a turning point in our marketing strategy as we are getting ready to launch a complete (and much needed) rebranding and it is a unique occasion for the right candidate to enjoy the freedom of - almost - starting from scratch in a start-up-like environment while benefiting of the comfort of an established and stable company.

About The Team:You would be working closely with and reporting to the marketing coordinator, who is for now in charge of everything and who directly reports to one of the founders themselves. Essential Responsibilities:- Writing enticing articles for our blog based on a provided list of topics, researching and compiling info, suggesting new topics, rewriting the old articles already online to update their style and improve their SEO- Developing a strong content strategy tailored to each social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and LinkedIn and leading its implementation- Co-creating social media content with the marketing coordinator who can handle the graphic design part of it if needed- Collecting data on our social media activity and turning them into actionable next steps and adjustments- Copywriting for the new website to come- Producing efficient email campaigns when we have updates to share, A/B testing the best time for us to send them out and monitoring their results- Staying on top of the news related to social media new features and uses, trends, algorithms and SEO rules evolution as well as the latest news in our niche- Contributing to community management- Coming up with suggestions of new channels/media/tools to expand our online presence and brand awareness- Reporting on our digital marketing efforts and results- Proofreading content when needed

Requirements:- Excellent communication and writing skills- Proven experience producing high-quality blog articles (provide links with resume)- Proven experience successfully developing a social media presence (ability to provide examples / metrics of previous work)- Quick learner, open-minded, with great communication skills- Master of WordPress, Later, and MailChimp-Effective collaboration skills- Solid knowledge of SEO- Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, and marketing technologies- Strong project management and organization skills- Motivated to get the job done, self-starter, proactive- Attention to detail, analytical and you love solving problems- Ability to come to the office for the first few weeks then at least once a week on hybrid schedule

Bonus experience that would be highly valued:- Working in Entertainment, Payroll, Production, Media or Finance- Making video content for social media platforms- Making user-friendly video tutorials for software's- Implementing and monitoring online ads- Leading SEO efforts- Mastering of Google Analytics

The pay for this position starts at $20/h and will depend on your experience, skills, and previous experience.
