Job Description:

As the Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will assist the drive of our profitable sales growth. The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will have proper coaching and training to learn how to create and execute plans with the manager and ensure all Associates are trained on all company programs, initiatives, and standard operating procedures. You are the subject matter expert in Aurora Enterprises' operating procedures, people processes, and product knowledge. You are responsible for creating a culture of engagement and high performance in our Brand Associates through their ongoing training and development. -Core Responsibilities:

Oversee the brand associatesMeet with clients and prospective customersTrain in Product knowledgeHandle customer complaintsHelp with onboarding -Qualifications:
