What part will you play? The Media Business Units, Media Supply Chain at Diversified works mostly with traditional media & entertainment organizations, as well as corporate entities, to optimize their workflow, building solutions around: rights management, scheduling, content centralization & asset metadata management, content processing and delivery, content mastering, storage, localization and archive/preservation, 3rd-party custom software integration, cloud integration, and automation enabling our clients to operationally manage and distribute content globally. The Media Supply Chain is a horizontal specialty that supports growth across Diversified's core practices. We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager, Media Supply Chain (MSC) to serve a hybrid role providing strategic program and project team leadership, consulting services, and operational and technical subject matter expertise to client engagements. You will provide thought leadership across the media supply chain practice areas. This is a client-facing role representing the company participating in various trade shows and industry gatherings. You are client-driven and thrive ensuring our clients receive the best overall program leadership throughout the Diversified organization.
Where will you be contributing?

• Lead project teams, fostering a productive environment with both core MSC and other team members matrixed into the project from other parts of the organization, in the successful delivery of client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define milestones and direct the engagement between all parties.
• Establish and foster relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing concise communication on project status, changes, or escalations.
• Build relationships with the vendor community, maintaining a solid understanding of technology and product roadmaps and applying those to relevant projects.
• Maintain visibility to industry-leading organizations and understand the business, operational, and technical trends being promoted and adopted.
• Manage overall financial targets and timeline milestones for all responsible engagements, delivering profitable customer experiences.
• Provide technical, operational, and business consulting services on engagements in areas of subject matter expertise.
• Manage program metrics, including change orders and labor utilization. What do we require from you?
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Media/Entertainment Consulting experience, including operations and engineering with demonstrated STORAGE COMPETENCIES IN MAM; DAM; PAM; CLOUD
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Solid competency strengths in technical engineering combined with a consultative approach.
  • Project management and project consultant with industry contacts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft productivity products: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project with the aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communications skills including strong interpersonal, writing, and process skills to support the development of proposals, project narratives, budgeting, new procedures, techniques, and project deliverables and support them through completion .
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and tenacious.
