The Walt Disney Studios encompasses the creation, production, promotion, sales, acquisition and domestic and international distribution of live-action and animated motion pictures, home entertainment releases, live stage plays, and music and soundtrack recordings. The International Marketing Manager at Disney Music Group, manages the development and execution of marketing strategies for artists and soundtracks across international markets. Partnering closely with local offices and international license partners, this position is key to the development of opportunities and the strategic growth of DMG and its projects around the world. **Responsibilities :** + Develop and execute international marketing strategies for artists' music and a variety of Disney Film and TV soundtrack products across the Disney Music Group roster. + Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across A&R, Sales & Digital, Product Development, Legal, Studio & TV and Artist Management to support priority projects and artists. + Create and execute project marketing materials and original content specific to each campaign. + Proactively communicate marketing goals and project analysis to international affiliates and artist management. + Manage title marketing budgets and multi-territory P&L's; reporting regular updates to department VP. + Collect, evaluate and share territory new release marketing information. + Share company's best practices between international offices and DMG affiliates. + Understand and analyze the constant flow of streaming, sales, radio and social data, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. + Prepare product presentations and conference materials. + Manage planning and budgeting of international promo trips as well as touring schedules. + Field interview and press requests to secure international exposure. + Build third party international partnerships/relationships to create additional opportunities for DMG projects. **Basic Qualifications :** + At least 3 years of experience in Marketing within the music or entertainment industry, and/or international markets preferred. + Great diplomacy and people skills. + High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote. + Must be a strong team player and have the ability to work well in large groups. + Knowledge of international marketplace and consumers. + Foreign languages a strong plus, but not required. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Enthusiastic, energetic, "always available" attitude. + Ability to create and develop ideas that lead to positive change/improvements. + Capacity to make sound decisions and solve a range of problems. + Must be able to accept changes readily and be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks. + Ability to travel internationally as needed. **Preferred Education :** Bachelor's degree preferred. **Job ID:** 627790BR **Location:** Burbank,California **Job Posting Company:** Studio Entertainment
