My clients are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) and OSHPD construction projects. Description Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - TI Construction in Irvine: Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless work flow. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and OSHPD regulations. Manage project schedules, maintain as-builts, and report progress to the project management team. Participate in project planning, from preconstruction through closeout. Conduct regular jobsite meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Profile A successful candidate for the Project Superintendent - TI Construction in Irvine 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial building and construction, with a strong background in TI and OSHPD-regulated projects. Thorough understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirements. Proven leadership and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation. Proficient in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Current OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
