Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician II Location: Los Angeles Area Pay: $25–$35 per hour (DOE) Schedule: As needed, approx. 40 hours per week We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support many apartment communities throughout Los Angeles. This independent contractor role offers steady work, flexibility, and variety. Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, the primary language used by the company and its clients. Basic computer skills required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Own tools required 2 years of apartment or property maintenance experience preferred Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall/painting, and appliance repair Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Ability to track and document your work If you take pride in quality work and enjoy variety in your day, we’d love to hear from you! hc207861
