Architecture - Assistant, Associate or Full Professor and ChairWoodbury UniversityWoodbury University Burbank, CA ShareArchitecture - Assistant, Associate or Full Professor and ChairWoodbury University -invites applications for a full-time Assistant, Associate or Full Professor -and as Chair of the Department of Architecture at Los Angeles commencing August 2023.The School: With six STEM degree programs in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Sustainable Practices, Computer Science Design Computation and Applied Computer Science Media Arts, we are graduating individuals with the skills, knowledge, and awareness to contribute to our built environment in myriad and meaningful ways. We prepare our students to enter professions equipped with the tools necessary to enjoy rewarding careers that they love and in which they can grow and evolve into industry leaders.Teach, advise, and recruit architecture students; oversee undergraduate and graduate level curriculum development; hire part-time faculty; evaluate faculty performance; manage departmental budgets; lead assessment and accreditation processes; assist dean on development initiatives; serve on department, school, and university committees; maintain active professional and scholarly research; and perform other administrative responsibilities.RequirementsQualified candidates will have a terminal degree in Architecture and a record of outstanding achievement in teaching, practice and/or research.
