Location: Sherman Oaks Grade Levels: K – 12 plus students with
extensive support needs Key Responsibilities Assist the Principal
in developing and maintaining appropriate academic programming such
as: Assist the Principal with hiring, orientation, training,
supervising and evaluating teacher and teacher assistant staff.
Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school
schedules, including special teachers. Coordinate school
participation in special activities including community service,
special events, CBI, and sporting events. Maintain and monitor
student school/classroom files. Coordinate required district and
school testing, assist the Principal with required district
reporting. Attend Individual Education Program (I.E.P.) meetings as
designated by the Principal. Assist the Principal with
parent/guardian communication. Assist the Principal with daily
campus coverage. Assist in and ensure development/implementation of
behavior management strategies. Monitor incident reports. Supervise
and hire Instructional Aides. Manage and coordinate Transportation
Aide assignments. Qualifications Minimum 3years experience as a
classroom teacher or 3 years of a combination of teaching and
school administrative experience required. Experience working with
students with ASD, learning differences, ADHD and/or behavioral
challenges. Special education credential in moderate to severe is

salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone
in this role may earn as an employee of Help Group. Salaries will
vary based on various factors, including but not limited to,
professional and academic experience, certification, training,
responsibilities of the position, and other business and
organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our
total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are
dependent on the circumstances of each hire. Help Group reserves
