Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A virtual
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide
specialized telespeech services for the remainder of the school
year. This contract role supports students requiring speech
therapy, including compensatory services, within the educational
setting located in Mission Viejo, California, with opportunities to
serve surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality
virtual speech-language pathology services to students in need of
assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring. Collaborate on
development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) related to speech and communication needs. Provide
compensatory speech therapy services as required to address gaps
caused by missed sessions. Maintain detailed and timely
documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reporting in
accordance with professional and state standards. Communicate
effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
support student success. Qualifications and Experience: Current and
valid SLP license with eligibility to practice in California.
Proven experience providing telespeech services in school settings.
Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students
virtually. Ability to manage caseloads remotely while maintaining
professional standards. Location: Virtual services covering Mission
Viejo and surrounding areas in Orange County, California. This
contract opportunity is immediate and extends through the end of
