Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in global healthcare solutions,
is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in
the Engineering & Design department. This position focuses on
enhancing production processes, improving healthcare outcomes, and
championing sustainability initiatives in manufacturing operations.
Working closely with both the research and production teams, the
successful candidate will apply their engineering expertise to
optimize manufacturing efficiencies, integrate new technology, and
uphold product quality and compliance standards. This role requires
a strong blend of technical skill, leadership ability, and a
passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment. Design and
optimize sustainable manufacturing processes to increase efficiency
and reduce waste. Implement and validate new manufacturing
technologies and equipment. Conduct process improvements analysis
and present findings with actionable plans. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Lead root cause analysis for production issues and develop
preventive strategies. Monitor and report on key performance
indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency. Support the
scaling up of new products from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
Proficiency in CAD and CAM software Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six
Sigma methodologies Excellent project management and leadership
abilities In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and
equipment Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical
Insurance 401k Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
PMP Certification (preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license
