• Responsible for the administrative operations of assigned business units and areas of responsibility
  
• Oversees clinic office managers and performance of assigned offices.
  
• Works with designated managers and providers to improve practice operations to be most effective and efficient, productive and financially sound to include education of providers and others, review and establish new processes and procedures, ensuring most appropriate use of resources, all while delivering high quality patient care
  
• Provides leadership in identifying, implementing and evaluating initiatives that align with organizational objectives and strategic direction
  
• Plans, develops and implements new programs and business processes
  
• Leads operational process design, implementation and monitoring/reporting
  
• Monitors and regularly meets with physicians to review data and assists with strategizing initiatives to improve performance
  
• Works with organizational departments to resolve patient complaints, improve practice operations, improve quality and financial performance
  
• Serves as liaison between administration and staff
  
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

  • Regularly communicates with administration, physician leadership any issues with physicians and office leadership
  • Serves as the champion for service excellence
    
  • Supervises Office Managers in the region
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Evidence of Success can be measured by, but is not limited to, the following criteria:
    o Reductions in: ER/visits/k; Admissions/k; Bed days/k; PMPM costs; employee turnover
    o Increases in: Panel membership growth; improved access to appointments
    
    B. Education and/or Experience:
    
    • Bachelor's degree. Master's preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years of line management experience in medical service delivery setting.
    • Experience with multi-facility operations/multi-markets.
      
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and diverse projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker/planner.
    • Excels in operational execution, detail orientation
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and other analytic tools
