Job DescriptionWe are a destination restaurant company, known for memorable special occasions. We have spectacular locations from coast to coast and seek an experienced Special Events Sales Manager with high-volume experience. Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining and event experiences.Catering Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Department financials, operations, leadership, guest interaction, and driving and managing sales
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Catering or Special Events Sales Manager with high-volume venue experience in an organization with total sales of at least $6M and personal sales of at least $2M
  • Expertise in on-site upscale catering, meetings, banquets, and weddings
  • Experience with leading banquet managers in a busy upscale environmentSpecial Events Sales Manager Compensation:
    • Base in the $70,000 to $80,000 annualized and paid hourly
    • Excellent benefits
