MICHAEL M is looking for an innovative and resourceful Marketing Manager to join our team. -As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of both the overarching marketing strategy and launch plan, as well as the day-to-day management of all aspects of the brand marketing. -The role will have a broad reach in the brand, focused on big growth in both e-commerce and our retail partners, but all while maintaining the brand's integrity and image. -Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll collaborate closely with everyone on the team and will play a key role in propelling the brand forward. - -MICHAEL M is a preeminent luxury bridal and fashion jewelry brand that continually pushes the boundaries of creativity and innovation. We live in the present and set our sights on owning the future of the luxury jewelry industry. - -JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and execution of the short- and long-term marketing strategy to optimize acquisition and retention of high-value, long-term customers across both e-commerce and retail.
  • Develop and manage campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels - email, social media, paid media, SEO and traditional advertising - to ensure consistent messaging, alignment with brand's image and tone of voice, the success of campaigns, raise brand awareness, promote new product launches, and to increase conversion and customer retention.
  • Create regular and timely reports on key marketing metrics (including, forecasting, digital advertising, social media, content, customer acquisition, tracking spend to forecast, etc.)
  • Create and manage overall marketing calendar, content strategy, planning, and budget to create cohesive storytelling across all channels.
  • Set social media strategy and direct Social Media Coordinator to execute on it.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on incentive programs and retail co-op.
  • Collaborate closely with CEO, Creative Director, and Operations Director on:
  • -Conceptualization and execution of collection and brand campaigns
  • Creation and curation of marketing assets for e-commerce, digital, social, and retailers
  • Trade show design, planning, and execution
    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury or designer level consumer goods
    • Strong digital marketing, copywriting, and content creation skills
    • Proven marketing campaign experience
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask, competence in project management
    • Professional and proactive work ethic
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Positivity and passion for marketing
    • Collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to -thrive in a small team environment where contribution for the betterment of the brand and team is highly valued
