The Central Project Management Office (PMO) within the Marketing, Data & Operations organization, is a team that serves as the throughline (with the combination of project and program management) supporting the organization's diverse functions and touch points into Paramount+ and Pluto TV. We are at the cross-section of several functions. This includes (but is not limited to) Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production, Content Strategy, Data & Insights group, Content, Business and Ad Operations, Podcasts, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services, Audience Strategy & Search and more, all anchored around our Paramount+ subscription streaming service and Pluto TV, our ad-supported streaming service. -We are seeking a Campaign Project Manager with an understanding of digital marketing and creative production and operations. They will support campaigns related to on-device partner marketing initiatives and our growing number of Paramount+ Originals and Brand initiatives. -The Campaign Project Manager supports projects for Partner Marketing via end-to-end project management, asset tracking, and cross-functional campaign support to ensure cohesive, coordinated workflows, communication, and strategies through the business. -The Campaign Project Manager will also work cross-functionally with campaign management, program marketing, brand leads, creative directors, brand partners, design, content strategy and the product team to ensure teams are working in concert with one another to hit key campaign benchmarks. The Campaign Project Manager will be responsible for handling the production process & project management for all promotional assets needed by on device partners such as Amazon & Roku.The On Device Partner Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for project management workflows, building and establishing relationships with external partners (ie: Amazon, Roku, etc) and our P+ internal teams. They will tackle complex challenges and collaborating to set priorities across initiatives and projects. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who has proven partner marketing and creative operations/production. They need experience leading highly complex projects and campaigns in a matrixed organization, helping to launch them on time and on budget. This means that you are a solutions-oriented, production & creative operations guide. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge challenging priorities amongst cross-functional collaborators. While allowing and providing partner marketing, creative and production teams the room needed to focus on strategy and creative media asset development. Join our growing team!Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for Partner Marketing On Device team to handle the day to day asset needs of various partners such as Amazon, Roku, and others partnerships/collaborators.
  • Set & track timelines based on established workflows, and individual project needs to help develop teams toward key achievements. Adjusting to avoid time-sensitive bottlenecks and enable pivots as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports and achievement calendars.
  • Maintain oversight of deliverables status and facilitate routing through creative approvals. Ensuring all assets are targeted to deliver on time and on budget, collecting screenshots of live placements. Alerting partner marketing, campaign management and leadership of any variations to schedule.
  • Set meetings, agendas and cross-functional communication, share recaps and next steps.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners. Drive a culture of collaboration to build achievable and measurable project plans.Basic Qualifications:
    • 2+ years working in 360 campaign project management with experience in digital marketing, creative production, post-production or a creative operations role, preferably at a subscription streaming service, entertainment studio, network or agency.
    • BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related fieldAdditional Qualifications:
      • An MBA or Master's Degree a plus
      • Experience with Partner-specific Asset Management Systems: Amazon - Organic (PVC Tracker, NetX), Paid (CAM), Roku - Paid (Paragon)
      • Experience with various roles across internal teams and agency partners. Shepherd a project from intake through delivery.
      • Shown history of leading complex projects and campaigns with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies across numerous groups. Proficiency in production processes & general creative production timelines. Ability to optimally collaborate with partners when compressed timelines put project timelines at risk and help work towards workable solutions
      • Proficiency with design, video and digital file specs, including key art, print, video, social. Experience in working closely with agencies and partners on large linear media buys
      • Understanding of the complete campaign lifecycle from strategy through to execution
      • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple partners at all levels of a corporate organization
      • Adaptable, flexible and able to change gears quickly and nimbly when changes happen to processes and project.
      • Experience handling campaign lifecycle applying task and workflow management tools such as Asana, Jira, CODA, Monday.com or similar tool
      • Familiarity with digital asset management systems, AirTable, Google Suite, Frame is a plus! -ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 100,000.00. -The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
