can thrive.Your New RoleThe primary responsibility of the Director
position is to support the analysis and transformation of existing
business processes and systems being consolidated within FCRA
Participations & Residuals from across multiple Legacy teams. This
position will also support ongoing enterprise-wide special projects
on behalf of FCRA.This role will work directly with executive
management from across Participations and Residuals to provide
project support and leadership. This will require a broad level of
expertise in systems integration, process design, and project
management to plan and drive these efforts to successful
completion. Participations and Residuals leadership will provide
subject matter expertise though familiarity with studio finance and
related systems will be required to be successful.Candidate must be
a self-starter and able to manage workstreams spanning multiple
departments and business units.This position is based in Burbank,
CA and requires a hybrid work schedule (in the office 3 days a
week)Your Role AccountabilitiesParticipations & Residuals Systems
Integration
- Perform current state analysis of system landscapes and
integrations
- Coordinate design of future state system solution
- Lead requirements gathering and develop functional designs and
test plans
- Complete fit/gap analysis and scope required enhancements
- Establish conversion strategy and mechanisms
- Work with IT stakeholders to create technology estimates,
support funding requests
- Create workplans and deliver project management across multiple
workstreams, including resource balancing, tracking of milestones
and ongoing status reporting
- Develop a strategic change management and communication
planParticipations & Residuals Business Process Transformation
- Document and assess current business processes
- Work with key stakeholders across teams to define, standardize
and document future state business processes
- Identify business processes and activities that can be
performed in remote work locations. Develop future state operating
model with remote work location. Develop transition plans and
manage transition activities.
- Outline roles and responsibilities within the current and
future state business processes
- Plan and execute change management activities related to new
business processes and systems changes
- Develops executive communication plansFCRA & Enterprise-Wide
Special Projects
- Similar to the responsibilities documented above, though in
support of enterprise-wide transformational activities (e.g.
Project Compass/SAP S4), as well as one-off FCRA specific projects.
Sample responsibilities would include:
- Documenting system requirements, driving functional design,
establishing cost estimates, supporting funding requests and
overseeing implementation.
- Creating workplans and delivering project management, including
ongoing tracking of milestones and status reporting.
- Documenting future state processes and leading change
management activities
- Needs to coordinate testing and trainingQualifications &
Experience
- Strong Project and Program Management Skills (10+ years)
- Systems integration experience including data conversion and
interface design and development (10+ years)
- Business process analysis, design and change management (10+
years)
- Direct experience with entertainment industry financial systems
(3+ years)
- Participations and/or Residuals experience Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) experience
Preferred
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Technology
field / Extensive and applicable work experience may be considered

local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof,
for roles in locations where legally required. $126,350.00 -
$234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual
bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific
