MANAGER SALES POSITIONS-BURBANK LOCATION We are looking for motivated and talented teammates, but right now we are looking to add ONE full time person in our Burbank location.We are a unique and highly specialized foam store that is family owned exclusively for the last 50 years. Everybody knows about us, we have a large studio industry clientele who have specialized needs and expect great customer service. Which we pride ourselves in. 3-5 years Retail/management experience a minimum.Professional attitude, initiative, positive outlook, and patience are required. Ambition and a good sense of humor are definitely wanted. Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend and lift up to 30 lbs. required.You will not wear one hat here- thus you will get an education in all components of running and growing a retail business. Be prepared to think and work hard. There are also opportunities for growth within this company for the motivated team members. The best and brightest will get to work with costume designers of film, TV and stage as well as special FX people and studio personnel as well. Be forewarned- we expect our retail teammates to do a lot more than just greeting customers and selling them what they want.Responsibilities:-Provide outstanding customer service to Foam Mart clients-Engage customers to identify their needs and match to our products and services.-Effectively present the products and services we provide to our clients.-Must have excellent math skills needed to calculate pricing.-Meet and exceed company sales objectives. Required Qualifications--HS degree; College degree-3-5 yrs. experience in retail/management field-Ability to work independently-Excellent organizational skills-Attention to detail (we have over 500 products so it's imperative that you are able to pay close attention)Competitive wage and commission plus medical benefits after 3 months.
