Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role---The Measurement Evolution role will help lead and drive WBD's global measurement strategy, partnering with the research leaders across the company to explore all new and emerging data sets and tools to evolve beyond current solutions. This role will also work to unite WBD's KPI's and primary research methodologies across the organization to create best practices globally. The ideal candidate will be a future-focused, collaborative leader who is well versed in both the intricacies of media measurement as well as primary research methodologiesYour Role Accountabilities---

• Drive WBD's global corporate measurement strategy, partnering with research leaders across the company.
• Unify KPI's and primary research methodologies (i.e., show testing & tracking), providing best practices globally and supplying leadership with a single source of truth.
• Explore and evaluate new and emerging measurement solutions and methodologies beyond currency in all key markets.
• Keep the organization updated on all TAM panel changes and tracking including panel health, impact data and changes in methodologies.
• Partner with regional and local research leaders across the globe to help advance WBD's global performance reporting and standardization of metrics.Qualifications & Experience---
  • 10 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required with mathematics, finance, media, research, marketing or business degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of multi-platform audience measurement methodologies and systems
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $120,702.00 - $224,162.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
