develops and holistically manages complex, long-term,
multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. -
Corporate Alliances is dedicated to driving incremental value for
TWDC and its Partners through development of innovative marketing
and sponsorship programs, management of partner and business unit
relationships, and creation of new partnerships aligned with TWDC's
businesses and strategic goals. - TWDC's Parks & Resorts (WDPR) is
a critical value driver of Corporate Alliance relationships, so the
Alliances Parks Promotions team will manage the negotiation and
execution of high-quality, co-branded promotional campaigns across
multiple distribution channels for a robust portfolio of Corporate
Alliance partners.The Partnerships & Promotions organization is
looking for an award-winning Associate Creative Director who lives
and breathes big ideas (with digital first as their approach) and
has a proven track record of bringing them to life. The ideal
candidate will be a highly conceptual creative individual with a
strong eye for art direction/design/typography, who can
conceptualize and lead the development of fully integrated
campaigns, lead photography and video shoots, oversee and direct
post work, and supervise a team of copywriters/art
directors/graphic designers. They will also be required to work
with multi-disciplinary internal teams to ensure smart, on strategy
and on brand work; review and present work with internal leadership
and external partners; and at times, lead outside agency and
production partners on projects. Must be self-directed and able to
work in a fast paced, high volume, deadline driven environment.

day.Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize fully integrated campaigns
- Lead creative teams in concept development/ideation
- Help manage our in-house team of copywriters, art directors and
graphic designers
- Help realize the visions of Creative Director and VP of
Creative
- Help develop/foster a culture of collaboration
- Create compelling insight-based concepts/content/designs for
Corporate Alliance Partners that are PR worthy and Digital-First in
nature
- Effectively present your ideas to project partners and
executives
- Oversee Digital Production, photo shoots, and editorial
sessions
- Direct and collaborate with copywriters, illustrators,
photographers, designers, animators, cinematographers, creative
strategists, and live action directors
- Work collaboratively and effectively with internal partners and
outside vendors
- Present to internal leadership and outside partners
- Mentor junior creatives
- Stay up to speed on emerging platforms, social trends and
technologiesBasic Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience developing, producing and delivering
creative output as central role in an Advertising Agency or
internal Creative Services Department and managing creative
teams
- Able to create big ideas and have a demonstrated ability to
collaborate effectively with others to get those ideas
produced
- You're an extremely conceptual digital/Social art director or
copywriter who's constantly evolving and pushing your concepts to
new levels.
- Have created an impressive portfolio filled with smart,
innovative, award-winning (Cannes, One Show, D&AD) work that
includes Interactive, Experiential and social media concepts
- Strong in the digital/social space
- Experienced strategic thinker and know how to turn deep
consumer insights into great concepts/design/content
- Comfortable giving presentations
- Knowledge of multi-cultural market
- Hands on design skills and/or ability to write memorable
headlines and body copy
- Passionate about the latest digital technologies, design,
typography, photography, cinematography, storytelling and
music
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can
successfully handle multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of partnership marketing + multi-platform media
campaigns
- Experience working with brands and developing impactful ad
campaigns
- Excellent visual storyteller
- Ability to influence brand partners and sell through ideas
- Experience working with Keynote and Apple systems a must
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility switching between styles and skillsets
- Adhere to a high level of confidentialityRequired Education:
- Bachelor of Arts or Certificate in Graphic Design or Motion
Graphics Design, Portfolio School training, and/or comparable field
experience required.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative SuitePreferred Education:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Copywriting for
Advertising or related field---The hiring range for this position
in California is $92,742 to $124,410 per year. The base pay
actually offered will take into account internal equity and also
may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of
the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical,
financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and
