Relations will work across Paramount streaming titles as the link
between the company and its ecosystem of talent including actors,
hosts, producers, and directors. They will build positive
relationships and be innovative in crafting an exceptional
experience for all talent throughout. The position will collaborate
closely within the Paramount streaming communications, publicity
and event teams, as well as partnering with studio counterparts.
The director will be a strong teammate, working very closely with
the marketing and creative teams to secure and facilitate talent
participation in promotional campaigns, asset captures and
appearances. This position will report to the Vice President of
Talent Relations across streaming.Come join our growing
team!Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and lead positive relationships between series talent
and the streaming service, including actors, producers, and their
teams
- Collaborate across departments and divisions, working closely
with publicity, special events, awards and marketing teams in
promotional and company initiatives
- Drive projects simultaneously, providing clear direction to
influence initiative success, as the talent relations lead across
multiple titles
- Lead all aspects of and coordinate talent logistics and
itineraries for attendance across streamer events (premieres,
talent dinners, festivals, conventions and more)
- Own event attendance strategy, compiling guest lists for
premiere events, including internal players and external audiences;
handle invites, RSVP, event confirmations, seating and
ticketing
- Drive talent engagement, arranging participation in asset
shoots, including photography, video, and behind-the-scenes set
visits, from start to execution
- Secure talent approvals across promotional assets, and usages
as contractually mandated
- Ideate and implement thoughtful, and original gifting strategy,
including start of production, wrap gifts, congratulations,
weddings, babies, condolences, etc.
- Secure talent participation for company partnerships, including
contract/payment negotiation where applicable
- Act as a bridge, crafting a premium journey, to attract
best-in-class talent, while using and aligning their participation
to strengthen and contribute toward company goals
- Be a trusted resource and problem solver, and internally advise
on and advocate for talent relations considerations
- Negotiate grooming and glam with artists and agents for talent
appearances, and process payments
- Forecast and track department budgets, calendars, and supply
recap decksBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of related experience in entertainment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel as
requiredAdditional Qualifications:
- Strong people, relationship building, communication and
listening skills
- Creative problem solving

- Self-starter with who has high attention to detail and
organization
- Ability to handle a high volume of communications and tasks in
a timely manner
- Ability to liaise with high-level executives, a-list talent,
and industry members
- Positive relationships with managers, publicists and gifting
vendors

Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 140,000.00. -The hiring salary range for
this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado,
Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the
successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors,
including but not limited to geographic location, market demands,
experience, training, and education. The benefits available for
this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life
insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program
and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate
Collective Bargaining Agreement. -This position is bonus eligible.
