Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Director (Patient Advocacy)
to oversee the advocacy account team and manage client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met while
leading advocacy program development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and
coordinators to deliver high-quality service
Monitor industry trends and provide actionable recommendations to
improve client strategies based on patient feedback
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional advocacy experience
A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in science or
business is a plus
A minimum of one year of prior staff management experience
preferred
Experience in healthcare patient advocacy, communications, or
bio-pharma advocacy
Demonstrated track record of expanding business with existing
clients and supporting new business pitches
