Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract) to oversee
enterprise and system-level implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams for seamless
program execution
Oversee the timely delivery of contracted deliverables and address
customer inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
to ensure a unified approach to implementation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in program management or implementation roles,
preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and
multi-product implementation processes is a plus
Strategic thinker focused on continuous improvement
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a positive, hands-on
attitude
