A company is looking for an Associate Director of Organization
Effectiveness to drive talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define and evolve
talent management strategies
Design career pathing frameworks and create resources for employee
development
Leverage data to inform program design and measure the impact of
organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, or related field preferred
8+ years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational
Development
Experience designing and implementing job architectures and talent
programs
Proven success in leading talent strategy projects in large
organizations
Familiarity with talent systems and data-driven program
management
