Job Description:
Administering medication to patients.Creating reports to track
the patients' progress.Working with other professionals to create
treatment plans.Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.Measuring
vital signs.Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.
Requirements
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent
experienceGraduate of an accredited nursing program.License,
Certification, RegistrationRegistered Nurse License (in the state
where care is provided)Basic Life SupportCurrent California
Driver---s License and a clear driving record for the past two
years. Proof of automobile insurance as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in nursing or related
field.
Home Health Experience RequiredCA License requiredOASIS Experience
requiredWeekend coverage rotation expected
