Description Specialization:AnesthesiologyJob Summary:HCA Healthcare is looking for CRNAs seeking independent practice, with preferably 1-2 years of experience, to join our growing anesthesia Practice at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center and a Teaching hospital with an Accredited ACGME Anesthesia Residency Program. Our collaborative, high-performing team manages a wide variety of cases and contribute to an environment of excellent patient care.

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
--- Staffing model of 18 Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs.
--- CRNA's work under an independent model, allowing you practice at the top of your license.
--- Cases include trauma, obstetrics, cardiovascular, general surgery, peds 2 years and above, and orthopedics.
--- Cardiac is covered by separate team.
--- CRNA's place their own lines and perform all regional anesthetic independently.
--- Able to perform regional blocks to support our robust opioid-sparing and ERAS programs.
--- Variety of shifts offered: 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts.
--- Collaborative and supportive leadership team.
