Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service/Plan Manager for
Disability & LTC Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with corporate clients and provide
administration and client service support for supplemental
disability and long-term care insurance
Coordinate annual enrollment and communication campaigns for
executives at corporate clients
Collaborate with the sales team to request and review quotes,
ensuring accuracy and creating sales presentations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
2-3 years of Account Servicing or Corporate-level Customer Service
experience required
Experience with disability and long-term care products
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
Life and Health license with Long Term Care preferred or must
obtain within six months of employment
