Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Healthcare Analytics -
Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, analysis, and modeling of complex healthcare
claims and data submissions to evaluate program performance
Develop and present reports on Risk Adjustment intervention ROI and
make recommendations based on findings
Perform strategic analysis and coordinate across business units to
support Risk Adjustment Program Valuation and action items
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
5-7 years of experience with database and data management
responsibilities
5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial and performance
management metrics in healthcare
Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel and
visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Healthcare experience in quantifying and analyzing financial and
utilization metrics
