Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with a CA RN
license and Epic EMR proficiency for a day shift contract with
weekend and holiday requirements. Responsibilities - Work in a
hospital-based Case Management unit - Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour
shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - Weekend work is required - Must be
available to work at least 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) -
Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the
state as needed - Use of Epic EMR is required for this position -
Responsible for care coordination and patient case management in an
acute care setting - Completion of pre-assignment online modules is
required and must be finished prior to start - All travelers must
be willing to float as needed to other facilities within the state
- Scrub or dress code requirements will be provided prior to
assignment - Minimal to no requested time off (RTO) is preferred;
extensive RTO may impact offer consideration - Local candidates are
accepted at a different pay rate Requirements - Active CA RN
license required - Minimum of 2 years of recent case management
experience required - Epic EMR experience required - At least 2
supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the
last three years in a comparable setting required - Former
permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a
traveler and cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility Benefits
