Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager with a valid CA
RN license and Epic EMR experience for a day shift position with
weekend and floating requirements. Responsibilities - Work in the
Case Management department of a hospital - Day shift schedule, 5x8
hour shifts, 8:00–16:30 - Weekend work is required - Expected to
float between all facilities within the state - Must commit to
working 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) - Former permanent
staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
and must live more than 50 miles from the facility - Modules to be
completed pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours - Local
candidates accepted at a lower rate - Minimal and pre-approved RTO
is permitted; excessive requests may hinder offer consideration -
First-time travelers will be considered Requirements - Active CA RN
license required - Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in case
management or a comparable specialty - Experience with Epic EMR
required - Two supervisory references from within the last three
years in a comparable specialty - COVID and flu vaccination
