Job Description Job Description Are you compassionate, outgoing,

looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) that know
American Sign Language (ASL) to join our diverse and dynamic team
in various locations across LA and Orange Counties ! Why You'll
Love Working With Us: Flexible Shifts : Part-time and full-time
positions available. Weekend Availability : Must work at least one
weekend, but enjoy the flexibility of a rotating schedule.
Energetic, Team-Oriented Environment : Work alongside passionate

Direct Support Professional , you'll have the opportunity to: Make
a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with
intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) . Play a key role as
a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate . Support clients in areas
such as: Community Access Personal Care Medical Appointments Peer
Interactions Recreational Activities What We're Looking For: Good
Judgment & Problem-Solving skills Excellent communication and team
collaboration abilities A passion for helping others and the
willingness to learn and grow within the role Individuals that know
American Sign Language whether you are hearing or deaf/hard of
hearing Be 21 years old Have reliable transportation and a valid CA
Driver's License Must pass a background check Previous experience
