Job Description Job Description We are a friendly, fast-paced pediatric dental and orthodontic practice looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team! If you love working with kids, value teamwork, and enjoy making patients smile, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist the dentist and orthodontist during pediatric and orthodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take dental x-rays and impressions as needed Assist with orthodontic procedures (brackets, bands, wire changes, etc.) Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Help create a fun, positive experience for children and families Qualifications Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred Experience in pediatric dentistry and/or orthodontics is a plus X-ray certification (required or preferred, depending on state) Excellent communication and chairside manner Energetic, patient, and comfortable working with children Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Training opportunities for the right candidate Skills: Orthodontic Pediatric Bilingual Cloud 9 Open Dental Spanish Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k PTO Bonuses Compensation: $19-$29/hour
