broader management role with support from an engaged Nursing
Director. Position summary The Manager of Nursing, Administration
provides hands on leadership for daily operations, staff
scheduling, and clinical performance within the department. The
role ensures safe, high quality, patient centered care while
supporting growth, compliance, and staff development. Key
responsibilities Oversee and coordinate staff scheduling,
assignments, and daily department operations. Collaborate with
nursing and hospital leadership to drive service quality, growth,
and operational efficiency. Support recruitment, onboarding,
education, evaluation, and mentorship of nursing staff. Ensure
continuous readiness for regulatory and accreditation surveys,
including compliance with National Patient Safety Goals. Monitor
and help improve patient, employee, and physician satisfaction
metrics. Partner with ancillary and support services to optimize
throughput, resource utilization, and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of RN experience, including at least
1 year in an acute care setting. 1 2 years of leadership,
education, or management experience required (charge, lead,
educator, or supervisor). BSN in progress or near completion; BSN
or higher preferred. Current California RN license. Current BLS,
ACLS, and PALS (AHA). CPI certification required within 30 days of
hire. National RN certification (e.g., CNML, NE BC, specialty
