Certifications: CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute

must be noted in work history. Two supervisor references are
required when applying. Description: This role will support
ambulatory clinics during their post-Epic go-live phase. Shifts are
Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours, with start times at 7:30 AM or
8:00 AM. Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is
necessary. Responsibilities include medication reconciliation,
interpretation of laboratory results, and patient follow-up calls.
Nurses are expected to obtain vital signs, perform dressing
changes, and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays. Experience
with telephone triage, pharmacy calls, and medical surgical tasks
is also required. Candidates must have a strong background in
family care clinics, internal medicine, and urgent care. All
application submissions must adhere to compliance requirements and
have no background issues. Nurses must have a clear understanding
of patient care and support interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of
special procedures and patient diagnoses is essential for success
