Job Description:
This well-respected ASC management company has over 100 ambulatory
surgical centers across the country and has proven successful in
diversifying the surgical specialties they offer. This ASC system
continues to grow in the Southern California region and there is
ample room for professional growth in the organization.
The Nurse Director of Ambulatory Surgery Center will oversee
outpatient surgical specialties including gastroenterology,
podiatry, orthopedics, pain management, gynecology, and general
surgery. The Ambulatory Surgical Services Nursing Director is
responsible for the day-to-day operations of the operating room and
manage changes to improve efficiency of services and patient
experience.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Nursing Director will report to the
Regional Operations Director and will collaborate with them to
promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and
evaluate staff performance. The Surgical Services Nurse Director
will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures,
risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership
experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical
outcomes.
