Responsibilities - Work in the Interventional Radiology department specializing in radiology and cardiology procedures - Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - On-call required with a minimum of 12 call days per 6-week schedule, including weekends - Assignment duration is 13 weeks - Epic EMR system is used and prior experience with Epic is required - Floating between facilities within the state may be required per facility policy - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live outside a 50-mile radius - All requested time off must be included at the time of application; minimal RTO is preferred - Expect to provide high-level assistance in radiology and cardiac intervention procedures - Potential for block scheduling may be considered at the manager's discretion Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience with demonstrated cerebral scrubbing proficiency - Current BLS certification - Current Fluoroscopy Permit - Active California state license (license required if applicable) - Epic EMR experience required - References from at least 2 supervisors covering one year of recent comparable specialty experience Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-641245.
