Job Description:

Yoh has an immediate contract opportunity (4+ months) for a Payroll Call Center Support Technician to join our client in the Burbank, CA area

• $24-28/hr. based on experience
• Locally remote opportunity- may eventually need to report to job site
• Must have strong Payroll experience
• Must have experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System Were looking for someone to:
  • Assist and provide assistance to employees as it relates to Direct Deposit, Payroll and Benefits
  • Qualifying electronic forms within our web-based HR portal and assigning the cases to the appropriate team members.
  • Handling all electronic forms including Adobe sign
  • Strong database skills
  • Coordinates file transfer and archiving and must be able to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. What You Need to Bring to the Table:
    • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
    • Strong CSR Skills and follow through
    • Experience addressing and resolving issues such as pay and benefits to employees
    • Ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Adobe, MS Windows, superior word processing skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
    • Workday experience highly preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, discretion as to sensitive matters, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
    • Familiarity with PC, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, is a plus), Adobe Acrobat/e-Sign
    • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels,.
    • Must be able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
