GPU accelerated rendering and game engines unlock new workflows that can upend long held assumptions underpinning the assembly line approach of legacy studios.
The JobThe Human Resources Generalist is a position within Spire's Human Resources Department. -Using a proactive approach, the Human Resources Generalist will be actively engaged in building the culture, policies and talent within the organization while working with all levels of staff. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be actively mentored for a managerial role.
Responsibilities

• Recruitment - Help Human Resources department manage recruitment sourcing through college engagement as well as actively reach out to artistic and technical professionals throughout the animation industry. This will include creating job descriptions, managing the applicant tracking system / job postings / social media postings, and assisting with developing an employee brand.
• Employee Relations - Work closely with the VP of Human Resources to assist in employee relations meetings, investigations, and resolutions.
• India Connection - Work closely with the India team on all recruiting efforts and new hires. Attend regular India team meetings for enhanced support and collaboration.
• Pulse of the organization - Connect with production and technology team members to enhance communication and upward flow of information. Establish weekly check-ins for the CEO. -
• Learning and Development - Work with the VP of Human Resources to design and implement all compliance-related training.
• Culture - Assist with all company event planning and day of event coordination.
  Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience working with 3+ years working in Generalist capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree. Human Resources or Business Administration majors preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
  • Experience in entertainment production, gaming, or technology desired. -
  • Strong problem-solving ability utilizing advanced decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with a hybrid work-from-home/work-in-the-office weekly structure.
  • Ability to travel.
