• Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment within the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our people strategy, aligning it with the business objectives of our company.Responsibilities:As an HRBP, you will be responsible for:1. Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.2. Providing support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.3. Managing the recruitment process for key positions within the organization, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company's strategic objectives.5. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.6. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.7. Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.8. Promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.9. Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:1. A minimum of five years of experience in General Human Resources activities.2. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3. At least three years of experience in a similar role as a Human Resources Business Partner or HRBP.4. Previous experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry is highly desirable.5. Proven recruiting experience with a keen understanding of the entire cycle of recruitment process.6. Strong understanding of HR legal requirements and procedures.7. Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in Spanish being highly preferred.8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.9. Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.10. A pragmatic problem-solver, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose solutions.
