Years of experience required for each skill: Informatica MDM - 5+ yrs, Informatica PowerCenter - 2+ yrs

Performs solution design, implements, and supports robust and complex MDM initiatives
Interprets business requirements and converts them into technical requirements, defines use cases and test scenarios
Has hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings (Landing, staging and Base Objects), Data validation, Match and Merge rules, Active VOS, SIF Framework and MDM User Exits
Well versed with best practices driven design and development including match rule tuning to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables
Strong ability to understand, document and communicate technical architectures, standards, best practices, toolsets and solutions
Has worked on MDM Batch & Security Framework
Collaborates with source systems data stewards, system owners and technical personnel for data governance and resolves any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion
Will lead a team of 4-5 developers and will be responsible for planning, coordination, and completion of MDM work activities
Performs code reviews on MDM components and regression testing within the MDM repository
Must be experienced on both Linux & Windows operating systems
Has Strong programming experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
Executes queries against MDM hub and other inbound/outbound databases as required
Data integration experience with expertise in Master Data Management including expertise with Informatica MDM, ETL technologies across batch, near real and real time interfaces
