highly motivated, independent, Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation
Attorney. Background in any of the following is preferred: real
estate (landlord-tenant and habitability), general liability,
personal injury, property damage, insurance defense, motor vehicle

depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 4 - 7 years in
litigation practice, with experience in: --- dispositive law and
motion practice; oral argument, hearings, mediation, and
arbitration --- Strong organizational, writing, and communication
skills required Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
--- taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to
written discovery
