Job Description:
The Staff Pad is searching for a tenacious, perceptive Attorney
for our client in Burbank, California. Our client specializes in
addressing reimbursement issues relating to claim denials and
contract disputes with commercial and government payors. You will
be working with a firm that represents virtually all major
hospitals throughout California. As an Attorney with this firm, you
will be engaging in healthcare law, civil litigation, and hospital
reimbursement cases. Together, the partners have a combined legal
experience of over 100 years! Responsibilities: Consulting with
clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case Conducting
research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as
source to decide on a modus operandi Drafting legal texts,
including reports, contracts, and appeals Representing clients at
meetings, hearings, and trials Qualifications: Accredited Law
degreeLicense to practice law in the state of California Proven
experience in Civil Litigation is a plus, but not required Exposure
to depositions is a plus Exceptional problem-solving and
decision-making abilitiesPerceptive and meticulousPandoLogic.
