Job Description Job Description Antitrust Attorney (Contract or Temp-to-Hire - Hybrid or Remote) A growing plaintiff-side antitrust practice is working with LHH who is seeking experienced attorneys to support a busy docket of complex litigation matters. Role Overview The attorney will work on antitrust litigation matters, handling research, drafting, analysis, and case support. Key Responsibilities • Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda for antitrust matters • Conduct legal research and analysis on competition issues, market behavior, and regulatory concerns • Review data, statutes, and case law relevant to ongoing litigation • Support plaintiff-side antitrust cases across various phases of litigation • Assist with related matters involving fraud, real property disputes, commercial leases, and occasional data privacy issues • Work independently, handling assignments without managerial duties Required Qualifications • Active bar license in the state where the attorney resides • Demonstrated antitrust litigation experience • Strong preference for attorneys with government antitrust backgrounds • Ability to produce accurate, detail-oriented work with limited direction • Experience supporting plaintiff-side litigation helpful • Ability to manage assignments independently in a fast-paced environment Job Details Pay: $85/hr (W2) Hours: Varies based on case assignments Location : Remote or Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA/Emeryville, CA Type: Contract, or Contract to Hire *Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
