Coordinator-JLL What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator
at JLL, you'll serve as the essential liaison between our client
community and building operations, creating seamless workplace
experiences that help people thrive. This role centers on
front-of-house services, mailroom operations, and event
coordination—ensuring every interaction reflects JLL's commitment
to excellence. You'll manage shipping and receiving functions,
coordinate vendor deliveries and building access, and work closely
with building management to address lighting, temperature, and
elevator needs. What sets JLL apart is our culture of

positive relationships across departments. From maintaining event
calendars and configuring meeting spaces to directing incoming
queries with professionalism and care, you'll be the face of
facilities services. What your day-to-day will look like: • Manage
all front-of-house services, mailroom operations, and
shipping/receiving functions while serving as the primary point of
contact for the client community • Schedule and coordinate vendor
deliveries, including building access, elevator usage, and
logistics with customer building management • Plan and execute
physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture
arrangement, signage placement, and equipment configuration •
Maintain accurate daily records of space bookings, room
reservations, and event calendars to ensure smooth facility
operations • Coordinate with building management on operational
needs including lighting adjustments, HVAC requirements, and
elevator scheduling • Create and maintain documentation using
Microsoft Word and Excel as directed by the customer • Promote
positive relationships between internal departments and act as an
ambassador for both JLL and the client Required qualifications: •
High school diploma or GED • Proven experience in mailroom
operations, shipping and receiving functions • Experience in
reception, concierge, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles
• Outstanding customer service skills with ability to communicate
confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both written and
verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills with keen
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred qualifications: • Experience supporting corporate
facility operations or workplace services • Background in event
coordination or meeting space management • Familiarity with vendor
management and building operations coordination • Self-motivated
with an energetic, proactive attitude and collaborative team
approach Schedule: M-F Location: Woodland Hills CA This position
does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to
work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated
compensation for this position: 24.00 – 26.00 USD per year This
range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final
compensation packages are determined by various considerations
including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location,
market conditions, and internal considerations. Location: On-site
