Job Description Job Description Summary: We are working with a precision manufacturer that is actively hiring CNC Machinists experienced in operating mills, lathes, Swiss turning machines, and gundrills. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production setting focused on machining precision components from stainless steel, titanium, and other high-performance materials. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently on complex machining tasks. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, 4-axis machining centers, Swiss turns, and gundrills Machine titanium, stainless steel, and other exotic materials Perform in-process and final inspections using precision tools including CMMs Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete accurate setups and programs Follow validated procedures (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure quality and consistency Monitor and maintain machinery for safety and performance Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications: Prior CNC machining experience in a production environment Strong knowledge of both milling and turning operations Familiarity with CMMs and inspection tools Ability to read complex blueprints and follow detailed specifications Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Experience with titanium or similar exotic materials is a plus Compensation Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Full-time schedule with steady work Paid vacation and holidays Health and dental insurance Growth opportunities in a clean, safety-oriented facility
