Job Description Job Description With general direction from the
Product Development Manager, the Product Development Coordinator
manages and tracks the product approval process internal
departments and factories to ensure product specifications are met
completion within the prescribed deadline. Success in this role
will require a strong background in product development processes,
administration and ability to work across multiple teams. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Monitor and track product and samples
through to completion. · Identify and troubleshoot problems within
the delivery timeline, establish priority and escalate to the
appropriate party when necessary. · Enter product specification
details and sample approval statuses into the program tracking
system. · Communicate regularly with the Sales, Design, Purchasing,
and Production departments to quickly resolve issues and avoid
delays in the product development progress. · Facilitate product
approval process between the Design department, Customer and
international factories, routinely following up with approval
comments and final status. · Maintain physical sample files in an
organized and precise manner. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform

Bachelor’s Degree. EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in
coordinating and monitoring manufacturing production programs,
tracking and monitoring a high volume of items and working with
tight production timelines. Experience coordinating with overseas
factories LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate in English, both
orally and in writing. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Working knowledge of production timelines · Ability to work with
multiple departments to solve problems. · Ability to accurately
enter a high volume of data into worksheets. · Ability to fix
problems, multi-task, and to execute under pressure. · Ability to
understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately in a
fast-paced, evolving team environment. · Ability to effectively
communicate to different levels of management both orally and in
writing. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. PHYSICAL
