Job Overview Reports to: Department Supervisor Location: Garden Grove, CA Type: Full-Time Schedule: 2nd Shift Job Summary: Responsible for shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.) Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations Perform other duties as required SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Other Physical Requirements Vision (Near, Distance) Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversations Sense of Touch Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety Glasses Standing for long periods of time Benefits: Compensation Range $16.50 - $19.60 (DOE) Shift differential Medical, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Basic Life, Supplemental Life Insurance, 401k with a Employer Match Generous Paid Time Off program 8 Holidays and 1 Floater Holiday Valence Surface Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
