Entertainment company in the city of Burbank, CA is seeking for a Project Coordinator.M-F ScheduleOpen-Ended Contract OpportunityPay: $30/hourDescription:Able to work in a Team environment - able to share info-projects with team members. At least 5 years' experience supporting talent systems, including researching release notes, system configuration and release managementAt least 3 years' experience exporting data out of a system and manipulate data through MS Excel, MS Access, and the use of pivot tablesAbility to work in a fast-paced, integrated team environment with frequently changing prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow tasks through to completion and keep team informed on progressStrong experience working on teams or other collaborative groupsSkills:project coordination, HR systems, SAP, Success factorsTop Skills Details:project coordinator, Jira, Excel, Access, Pivot Tables,Additional Skills & Qualifications:Preferred: Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, Contingent Worker Management systems or VMS tools, partnering with internal development teams. SmartSheet, JIRA , ServiceNow, ALM, ConfluenceMust Haves: System integration exp-coordinator level-able to shift projects at a moments notice - manage multiple projects at one time - worked previously w technology teams-groups, some experience w follow thru on testing items. Provide weekly report updates. At least 3 years' experience in project coordination experience of mid to large scale projects.
