Job Description:

Interpreting and translating agency seeking administrative office staff. Office experience IS REQUIRED. You will NOT be interpreting or translating. Second language is NOT required. Excellent spelling and writing skills are essential. Job duties mostly include data entry, receiving telephone calls, e-mails and working on calendar assigning vendors, logs, keeping the necessary records as well as other general office work. This entry level position with enormous growth potential for lead and/or supervisor position. Salary review after 90 days. - Excellent and friendly telephone communication skills.

- Ability to follow through on tasks a must Our office has been established since 1990. A family owned business with a friendly and fun and caring environment in attractive Burbank location. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is not a flexible hours position and not a work from home position. Must be able to provide references.
